Mindpower Records launched in 1990 with the release of the Pollen Art 12" mini LP "Rivers of Fire". Subsequent releases by Chain of Strength, Budget, and Blender followed until the label went on hiatus in 1999.

In 2016, the label relaunched with the Mirror Behind Me S/T digital EP, followed by vinyl releases from Sloth Fist, Weak, and Jr. Juggernaut.

Mindpower is distributed by The Orchard and Deathwish via Quiet Panic (QP Distro).
